"I would prefer to see them roll it back into production capacity, debt reduction and share structure improvement." I agree.

Dividends in stock are not a positive - if that happened I would sell all my shares and buy back after the award.

Dividends in stock have happened at least 3 times in the past - for someone with less than a million shares they are a waste.
