Watch the quarterly reports, they will tell that story - short of a PR on any specific deal. The May report should be a good indicator. I inquired about a posters comments about sales numbers and never got a response. He was correct about Q4 and we'll see if Q1 follows suit.

I agree that the company will be up to the task and the funds from any proceedings only help ramp the process. Depending on how much they get, I would prefer to see them roll it back into production capacity, debt reduction and share structure improvement. If they have the luxury of paying a dividend after that, so be it.
