I think it should be illegal to drive impaired, adults need to be able to judge that themselves - there needs to be a test, something that can be measured regardless of opinion, police need to judge the impairment of others. I can have a pint at dinner and drive home, my mom I wouldn't trust though

as for impairment, I think the roadside sobriety test works objectively. I wouldn't pass that drunk, high on heroine or many pharmaceuticals, but I would pass a road side sobriety test all day long like I stay high all day long

I put together houses stoned, framer - any assembly test you want to run by me, bring it

test needs to be pass or fail - walk in a straight line? Fail on alcohol and you pass on buds. With that test they have a line, did the subjects foot touch the line or not - that is OBJECTIVE - two independent observers can look at the same event and record their observation - the test can be duplicated and the results come back the same - if you drink too much you are impaired so badly you can't put your foot on paint even when your liberty is at stake

Price is what you pay
Value is what you get
