Agreed. But are you willing to allow people to drive while high on the notion that it affects people differently?


If your son/daughter wanted to get in a vehicle with his friend who was high, would you allow it? Even though the driver swore up and down his clarity was enhanced while under the influence?

For argument sake, let's say the driver is 20 years old.
