No I can't because I'm in a situation where I need $ lol .. I don't want to think I may will a lottery scratch off top prize haha . If that does happen I believe people are saying 2 to 5$ jump ... I believe it's possible ... I believe the company has a better chance of the PPS being 10$ then anything else. They are taking their time on purpose..whatever the reason is ...maybe to slow the process down so that more can be bought at a lower rate.... it's all a game ..none of us know the exact reality... just hope we go Boom and not Bam.
