I think you're right. Though we've only been focusing recently on the hit pieces, we clearly know now that AVXL was pumped up in October prior to the organized takedown (I'm sure by the same cabal). The scammers work it both ways: pump it up to get more retail buyers in, then pull the rug out with fabricated negative news.

When people/scammers were calling Anavex a "pump and dump" stock, it was in reality a reflection on how the scammers were treating/playing it; NOT a reflection on the company (though that's how they characterized it as part of the fabricated scheme).
