I was gratified to see the re-extension. While it avoided a red flag, it wasn't a green flag. I take care of someone with AD and I know the decline is unmistakable, but tough to gauge. It's a long goodbye and everyone declines at slightly different rates I am told. And there are good days and bad days. So while no doubt caregivers are saying they perceive benefit, and that may be true, it takes large-sampled, careful scientific results to "prove" it. So glad to see we're gonna get three years of Part B results! These are the hopeful green flag.
