The Part A final results were not bad. And "not bad" is good enough to justify expecting that the long term Part B might show "good" or better results. "Good" results would be decreased rate of decline. "Great" results would be disease stability, with an immediate bump in cognitive ability. 12 weeks at therapeutic dosing isn't long enough to determine stability, but is apparently long enough to show an indisputable bump, which would would be great.
