yes we know already that the preferred shares value is not affect just the common shares are...

They have issued for many many millions of $$ worth of shares A+B...Good for another run to .0001 and they ill be making money all the way down.

With some good promotion, a few email alerts get a few BB's chatting/hyping and maybe hire another sales/IR person and they off too the races again....4B a year volume is a good business....nice and easy steady she go

Ohh!!! btw I hear they will announce production soon AGAIN!!! too mess up the SHORTS
That would make it 3x an official documented company NR stated announced Production soon

lemon,you don't understand the game.

They issuing A & B shares these shares must be converted.
29B float is maxed soon
The RS will not affect the A&B preferred shares they don't RS... the 29B RS...onced RS is done they will be able to issue themselves more paper to dump...convert A&B
They will eventually sing the same story to new pigeons.
