For me it is more important to know that I can call the TA Monday and they can freely disclose thee most current share structure which would be yesterday if I call Monday. And that would tell me if they diluted shares friday or not. I could not care less about what they said on page 64 of the report.

If that report is true than the TA should have absolutely no trouble disclosing to me the information that I seek. Hmmmm I wonder if they will. Thats why I will ask again. IS THE TA GAGGED or can heshe disclose freely.
