The way I see it, putting the strike price right here, is the management saying this is the bottom. Any entry at this level, will in effect get you the same gains as the management. When they exercise these shares, the company will get paid for them. However I don't see them selling them for a $1-2 gain, they will likely hold them and then we'll see that insider % increase that some people are looking for. We're in the first couple innings of this game, and it's likely going to be a long one. It's nice to see them being given a "limited improvement" rating. I'd say this is a very positive sign.
