OK people, educate yourself, read the exibit on the 8k! I'm way less concerned! You can see what they trying to achieve in that presentation more clearly. Financing for continued operations on developing sources of revenue that has put them behind. I think the restructuring refers more to there efforts to tighten there belts and move forward without bk. Imo
