no bad, I just did not want you to misinterpret my comment. I hold shares here and believe there is a great deal of upward play here.
however there are things that changed since last time
ie. outstanding share count, note conversions, etc.

the future depends on how these things are handled

share buyback.. additional contracts(Cameroon, panama)
these factors need to be put in the equation

and again, my post was only meant to clarify not correct
