You cannot short otcbb and pinksheet stocks. The shorting they are talking about is brokers naked short selling that is what happened with PAIV. It is illegal to do so and thats why the sec is cracking down. Now with so many shares shorted this way the brokers will have to buy. Now its up to the bulls not to sell or put a sell order in at anything and let the pps skyrocket. The less shares selling the better
