They say the case was dropped..., but in reality it was dismissed with a 30 day re-appeal caveat to correct the technicality that caused the dismissal.

The plaintiff has corrected that and refiled.

I would post this link to the case on their FB page but they blocked me for asking too many questions.. so if someone isn't blocked I think this link to the case would clear up the confusion that FWDG has said by claiming it was dropped...when in fact, it is still moving along. TIA
