When they post disparaging remarks on Facebook, I end up going to read them. (I can't help it)

When I do that, I see other stuff to poke around in..., like this:

Here's where it's interesting:

They say the case was dropped..., but in reality it was dismissed with a 30 day re-appeal caveat to correct the technicality that caused the dismissal.

The plaintiff has corrected that and refiled.
