b) post at least 1 round trip trade per week.
post your entry here within 5 minutes of opening.
post your exit here within 5 minutes of closing.

posting much later, after a move, is worthless for credibility.

the above is so simple
even a 12-year-old could manage it.

if you can't,
then we can only assume
a) you have no system.
b) you aren't actually trading
just trolling.
