So the 10k and 10q are not factual information? All the items I have listed can be found in both SEC documents. What your saying is the CEO lied in the filing to the SEC?

No Share Buyback

No Timken PO

No share reduction. Actual increased 50%

Latest PO never happened. Claimed they were TPAC bearings then we find out they were not TPAC bearings ( Per CEO Tweet)

20 Million dollars spent in 6 years and 0 revenue

Took out a $50,000 note after stating he never took out a note.

This guy is 100% a crook
