IF----Bruce does not want to handle this in a partnership--- as he suggested in his last interview------ and financials do not prove any sales or income------and no takeover then-- he is either a very poor manager---or a complete con-artist--- or---liar-- strong words-- and if no results in a few days-- he should be investigated by the securities--JMO-
