LOL so he is the only one in control of TPAC but he's not the one making the decisions. Got it, must be Barney the purple dinosaur calling the shots at TPAC.

CEO is 100% a crook. No two ways about it.

It only takes a couple minutes of reading the filings to prove the guy is a crook.

No Share Buyback

No Timken PO

No share reduction. Actual increased 50%

Latest PO never happened. Claimed they were TPAC bearings then we find out they were not TPAC bearings

20 Million dollars spent in 6 years and 0 revenue

Took out a $50,000 note after stating he never took out a note.
