There is nothing to that; the line in the article that mentions BK then links to the 8k, which says nothing of BK. The article is a transparent hit piece and sloppy at that.

LOL at the article title ('UPDATE 1-SunEdison audit panel identifies cash accounting issues'), as if it was being presented as an 'update' to the previous 8k news, which was of course really, really good for SUNE bulls, being an attempt to weaken the huge advantage the 8k gave them.

it was a cheap (and might I add, failed) shot.
