Also an excellent post. You smile and I frown in disbelief why peeps haven't noticed it yet, is mind baffling? But, I know that want last long. Somebody mentioned in the earlier posts, that it is more likely that if the merger is true they will come out with a LOI and 8k immediately following the LOI, I disagree wholeheartedly. If and when the merger is announced, it will be announced overnight that the merger is officially final, without giving the public anytime to digest the news. If it's done like the way I said they would, then this is Nasdaq bound, if an LOI and an 8k then OTC. I don't think the company wants any information leaked until it's officially done. Imagine if they did an LOI and an 8K right after, .30-.40 tops versus overnight 2-3 and then a few months later after the nasdaq listing 4-6.
