good post. Dont forget the following factoid. " Harmonic holds rights in North America and Europe to use Tyrolysis"............They hold the rights to this recycling technology, that they have been saying they will get companies to license....what people dont really write about is this...Klean will not have to pay Harmonic to license the technology out to them, because they will OWN them outright in the Reverse merger....SO EVERYTHING MAKES SENSE... This is Kleans business !!! and this is Harmonics fledgling business, which they own licensing right too...and they dont hold those rights in Tunisia and Iceland...they hold the rights in Europe,and Canada and the united states ! Mexico is north America too.

Lets also not forget that the "COMING SOON" banner has only been there for a few weeks...and Harmonic only went current weeks ago....I have never seen more "writing on the wall" in my life....will it happen? who knows...but its all TELEGRAPHED beautifully. This looks to be in the very late stages, as they said they were going public in late 2015....If that stuff didnt show up on their website i would be very skeptical....

I even went and looked at the exact same share structure listed on that nevada state website for both companies again..i smiled :)

saw the same attorneys they use again, saw the same listing agent again...

saw that jamie mann is listed as a director for klean..

beautiful share structure, 74 million...
