Ok, there is confusion here. Will the 10K include the Microsoft settlement amount or not? I'm getting conflicting answers. Please clarify. Anyone? Now someone brought up the 10Q will contain the settlement. Which is it?????

If the 10K does NOT contain the settlement figure, then I can almost guarantee that we are tanking tomorrow or Friday.
