Absolutely they will want a premium. I'm hoping they have a very good strategic plan for this as it relates to momentum. I say this because IMO 1 settled infringement lawsuit is definitely sweet, especially against a giant. But if they are able to slay a second giant say within a year from now, that's when I believe the buyout talks will truly pick up the momentum and give SFOR the highest leverage possible to create 2 words that I absolutely love......
