Hopefulsurgonc, your understanding of immunology is a little dated. Even this board presented the latest finding of the potential function of CTLA-4 by regulatory dendritic cells in the local environment. Unfortunately, this board will take any news of immunology and think that it is a positive development that supports their hope that their DCVAX-L is going to show efficacy in this p3 nGBM trial or even Direct trials. Sorry, but this latest findings support the idea that vaccine therapy alone will not be sufficient to over-come the tumor suppressive microenvironment for the majority of cancer patients.

While I agree that combo treatments are worth the effort to try to boost the effectiveness of these checkpoint inhibitors, what makes you think that NWBO would be a good fit for these collaborations to take place? Why would BMY, Merck or any other big pharma want to collaborate or partner up with a company that is surrounded by these controversies that NWBO is currently inundated with? Also, NWBO does not own all the patents for all dendritic cell vaccine technology. Also, you seem to fail to understand that there are other vaccine technology that by passes the expensive and laborous process of having to isolate and grow dendritic cells in vitro. So the world of vaccine therapy is a bit larger than NWBO and dc vaccines.

Also, what makes you think that GBM is a good indication to do these combo trials? What about the BBB that limits the reach of these checkpoint inhibitors? IMO this share price is where it is due to the company being silent. When that silence is broken, do you really believe that the share price will launch thru the roof instead of the floor being taken out from under this sp for it to flop down to the basement? I guess it will take more waiting than the 8plus mths of silence.
