Ladies and Gentleman,
I think I have figured out what is happening with the Motleys and Fuersteins of the netherworld.
When a company has a run up like Anavex they almost always raise capital at the newer, higher valuation. 99% of the time..honestly..so what these guys do, ILLEGALLY , is Short Sell the stock BEFORE or DURING the Quiet period of the secondary..before it's market news, and then BUY BACk the Stock in the open market AFTER the secondary when the price is lower. Illegal as all get out..but VERY PROFITABLE..Very close to a SURE THING! They STEAL from shareholders before they KNOW there is a secondary coming!
LET ME TELL YOU WHAT THIS MEANS LOGICALLY:
1. NO Secondary coming. The good Dr. will not cheapen ours or his ownership at this ridiculous price! BAM!
2. The Motleys of the World KNOW IT and they are SCARED out of their minds, because NOW the 12 WEEKS are coming ..and they got No Place to Run and No Place to Hide..
3. This is all about to play out very very soon.
