Are you saying that Antonetti received zero financial compensation for her role as a figurehead in VGTL?

If she received even a penny from VGTL, then that munny arose from a scheme to defraud investors and its execution, and while she may or may not be involved, it certainty would be a MOTIVE if she had derived and would continue to derive in the future any financial benefit from VGTL.

The degree of her involvement is open to question. But if the received ANY financial benefit at all - or even publicity benefit for her name - then she at least had a MOTIVE. That doesn't mean she did anythign wrong, it means nobody can rationally claim she didn't at least have a MOTIVE to do so.

Look to the ultimate SOURCE of the munny - where did that munny come from? At least in part from the Durante crew, whether directly or indirectly; whether immediately or filtered through time (e.g., money used to originally finance the biz in any manner and to any degree).
