Very shady. Not with the company as of August 31, 2015.

An 8-K signed on September 28, 2015 by her addressing the shareholders.

One of her youtube videos from October where most believe she is addressing a VGTL shareholder with the infamous "my little shareholder" comment (the 6 minute 50 second mark)along with references about what people were posting on this board saying she's always on vacation.

The day of the bad news in December, another poster on here received a response from her via facebook (sorry, I couldn't upload it either)

All of this well after August, 2015. How can an 8-K on 9/28/2015 be submitted and signed by her if she's not affiliated with the company as of 8/31/2015, per recent 8-K?

Just doesn't add up
