Thats right nothing about approved RS mentioned from 2013 Shareholders meeting....and why should they mention that RS it would be difficult to sell/short/fake sell whatever is happenning whatever pyct is really doing with an expecting RS in the works.

a definite negative for the shareholders and investing public....better for them to say nothing about RS for 2.8 years meanwhile sell/short/fake sell whatever they doing.
It seems like the end of this story is near...6months and new pigeons soon
