when I sold the stock was down 95 % . with AT permission ...I know that you are aware of this ..The SEC and NASd gave me reason..
At was at fault here . Period .. Anyway let's move on to the next one shall we ?
thta was the past now we are dealing with a new situation,, 90 % of the float should be restricted ,and in the meanwhile people sold shares that they were not supposed to ..
