nukuhiva... there is no confusion here... I also owned JPHC before the reverse merger and the reason I sold is because I understood very clear that I would receive restricted shares for my free trading shares.. There was no misunderstanding it was made perfectly clear in the original PR from JPHC!

No confusion whatsoever. The confusion started when you guys thought you could fool the system because TDA somehow got the wrong information and was willing to take the chance that they would receive the shares by settlemnet date.

You are equally to blame... Do you understand?
