Usually OTC tank on 10K Hype. I'd rather see the 10Q. That's where the real information is. Been doing this for 20 years but don't believe me. It's just my opinion. I believe there was a lot of hype and "momentum group" traders pumping $SFOR stock. I call it pack wolf trading, where a group of traders "front load" the stock in the millions of shares and build up a huge base in the lowest possible trading range, lets say .0005. Then they build a pump and hype leading up to an event such as the 10K knowing volume will be high and maximum return. After massive dilution. Then unload on the weak ignorant retail investor that thinks of Disney Land and I'm going to be a millionaire. Happens every day, even the hedge funds do this now. Easy money for them. . .
