Skydog is correct. The 10k and 10Q will tell the story. This is why this stock is already not above a penny.

If you think Kay is a liar and willing to trash his 30 plus year career by lying quite a few shareholders about a Microsoft settlement, then don't buy the stock.

If you think that Microsoft settled which means that Google is going to be a target for patent infringement, then I think you should buy the stock.
