They have a patent that has a very high demand with out of band authentication

One large chain store already selling their product with staples coming online in June and many more will add it

They have 5-6 more settlements they are pursuing (based on your math at 5 mill should generate approx an additional 30 mill as suits come through)

They already struck a 9 million dollar agreement with cyber safe

They are a huge target for a potential buy out...

And on top of it all the CEO has guaranteed no RS
