No - looks like you're correct on all fronts. Seems like a lot of effort, given TRTC could've taken out NRTI for a share swap & gotten the whole kitten caboodles w/o the mechanizations of starting a new Co. Guessing you are correct however, James starts a new Co. obtains, the license's, sells it to TRTC & makes a bundle. Any ideas how to put a stick in those spokes ? A C.A. benefits no one except the Lawyers. Direct legal action against Kras & James perhaps is the only way, but in the OTC world, litigation is probably moot.
