You haven't explained the need for James to secretly create Therapeutics Medical, LLC. If you really think these two are as honest and full of integrity to do what is right for the company and shareholders, you are in for a rude awakening. Fact is there was no need for James to create this new company, nor the need for Derek Peterson from TRTC to make this deal with his new company, if in fact they were not trying to steal the entire CBD Initiative out from under NRTI.
If these two are as upstanding as you think, why are they doing this back door deal that they are trying to keep under wraps. I mean this whole deal wasn't announced in a PR, but rather hidden in their most recent filing that someone discovered. You have to be absolutely blind to not see what these two are up to. Michael James has remained CEO of NRTI, despite having left the company over 6 months ago, when he secretly started creating his new company. He remained CEO so he could sell their CBD assets to his new company so he could in turn sell it TRTC and make HIMSELF a boatload of money while screwing over the NRTI shareholders, who would get NOTHING!
I suggest you wake up and follow the facts here and what it means for NRTI shareholders. This isn't Alice in wonderland, this is the ruthless OTC world, where 99% of these folks are out to make money for themselves, without a single care of what happens to shareholders. Right now your beloved Derek Peterson & Michael James are in the process of trying to screw over every NRTI shareholder and though they tried to do it quietly without anyone noticing, it is now out in the open and I intend to do everything in my power to nail the both of them for this BS tactic. AMEN!
