Do you have web links to these financing rounds (dilution) you speak of?

I'm aware of the S-1 filing(s) & overall dilution affect right now, but don't see all the info you refer to specifically.
I am carefully watching this for the moment, but only for a short term reversal play.
It is due for a quick trade 'pop', but still carefully monitoring it for the moment.
