New low every day! This is without a doubt a TURD of a ticker, here is why. First, the latest rounds dilution has wiped out any stockholders value over the past 90 days. This ticker has lost almost 95% of value in 90 days. I get where the company is expanding or whatever. But the management made a decision to dilute to the maximum, as that is what has happened.
But the biggest drop will come in the next few days as nearly $220,000 in toxic debt matures. Then in June there is another $170,000 in toxic debt.
This is nothing more then a scam company that is hooked on toxic debt and is no way competitive short term or long term, regardless of the FAKE orders they are claiming. You have to sell a lot of camera's to cover just the debt…..
Just my thoughts. But the only one's making money here is the shorts. This should be sub penny way before June, then the OTC customary 500-1 reverse split.
