LTNC shares are worthless, so he acquires control of TSGL, Takes convertible loans in TSGL's name, and uses the proceeds to fund LTNC via "arms length acquisitions"

Now TSGL shareholders will be diluted into oblivion when the 1.3 million dollars becomes mature to TCA


Its not exactly rocket science, but I guess he's got a lot of people fooled



I wonder how the LTNC buyback is going.. my guess... Zero shares bought back by the company.. how could they? they are broke
