dollar/yen ratio has fallen off the 110 cliff.
the u.s. dollar is the world's biggest debtor currency and the japanese yen is the biggest creditor currency. the ratio is seen by many as a metric for world financial health.

a drop in this ratio is bullish for precious metals and bearish for paper money.

it was 107 and change earlier today,
