Hawke,

Yes NEAH is what it is. I am not saying different or making things up, just calling it what it is, saying what it has done.

If NEAH accomplishes something measurable I will laud them for it, however they have not, they only attempt to spin nothing into something.

They play to the future possibilities, yet never make a time deadline, they don't accomplish late, they just never accomplish at all.
