Simple difference.
Ballard sells fuel cells, they may not make a profit doing so but they actually sell fuel cells, the stickler ? Platinum catalysts are very expensive.
NEAH also uses platinum catalysts ( they say ) so if they ever manufacture and sell a fuel cell it probably won't be profitable either, however they only consume electricity , rent space, buy airline tickets, pay D'Couto's business expenses, and salaries. That's where they make their losses.
Big difference and hence the big difference in MARKET CAP and therefore stock price. Run a one year chart you will easily see it.
