I only ponder WHY - the company has NOT come forth with any news at all.

they have informed anyone that the BK news is false, nor truthful, they have not come out telling shareholders that the SEC is investigating but there is nothing to worry about.

i averaged down slightly, and I am willing to gamble a bit until i hear news of any kind..

would be nice to hear confirmation of sorts from the company though IMO..

(Trust ME, I would not lie to YOU!!!) ;-0)
