Is the "opinion" of the other side's attorney a sufficient basis for making the requested payment or it's just an opinion? Should Ryan be obliged to that "opinion"? What if Ryan's attorney has a different opinion?

I read the Prometheus Attorney Opinion letter to determine them being a Accredited Investor.


Schadel had this Attorney opinion letter but refused to pay the debt.


What about providing the ownership proof Ryan requested and ending the whole thing, wasn't that an option?

Prometheus didn't have any options other than file a lawsuit for breach of contract.
