Let's not call it failure...lets call it a complete lack of success.
I don't remember them saying not to expect anything for 3 to 5 years.
I remember them saying they were ready to commercialize "POWERPLAY", then they had a copyright problem so it became the "BUZZBAR", then it turned out the "BUZZBAR" was a battery not a fuel cell. The fuel cell would be the "BUZZCELL" and they were taking orders, but they never filled those orders , however the winners of the contest to receive "BUZZCELLS" received mock ups not actual fuel cells, the mockups were well received according to NEAH, however they were mock ups and did not work uhhh.
Yeah no lies. just a lot of shifting around and some omission and then misdirection, some zigging then zagging, all the while the price is declining continually. Nothing to be proud of here.
As for the "not much downside from here" it can always go to zero.
