We do not know the Co "safety zone", how many % of the app. 967 were adjudicated and how many were pending (Top of it we do not know, I am not sure that the pending # was based on exact knowledge by the Co or it is an estimation by them only)

Please note: numbers below are just app. # and for example only.

- the remaining 645 events means an app. 32 events / month
- the Co has an info that 935 were adjudicated
- as adjudication isn't a "prompt" decision (e.g. takes 2 months) 64 events are in the process

company already disclosed that 967th should happen in 1H2016, and they will find a way to communicate with shareholders

??? The Co confirmed that (more than) 967 events happened before 3/31 (so in Q1), but not all of them were adjudicated.
