Ducktor, IDGlobal Corp. (CEO DuFort) has never held a "Holdings" license and therefore could never be or have been considered as a "Holdings Company" by definition. Hence the reason that it's business model (sector) has change 3 times in the last 2 years. DuFort has used investors money which flowed through IDGC in order to purchase stock on his behalf, not on the behalf of IDGlobal Corp and it's investors/shareholders. This is nothing more than investor fraud and I'm sure that everyone realizes this by now.
