Pre reverse merger 126m outstanding, float 103m. Their shares don't dump into the float, but increased outstanding number of shrs to 328m..hence, dilution ! company market cap is based on outstanding shrs. Don't know how they came up with 178m for Buhr and 25m for Michel? Like they just made up some numbers? As for Michel.. not appropriate for him to comment any further. Sounds like He's Out ! Hopefully we get PR regarding some new structure, capital, contracts, etc.. April surprise ?? !!
