Otc markets.com won't work on my phone, but you may be looking at the share count of the dissolved merger shown here

And just looking at the volume on the chart seems to show pretty massive dilution since December.

This isn't to say they've maxed out the a_s, but if the os hasn't been updated on otc markets since December I'd say you must assume the share count is significantly higher. Again I can't check myself from where I am
